脑卒中是危害人类健康最常见疾病之一,其中以不同程度的缺血性脑血管病占多数(70~80%).为研究防治缺血性脑血管病,制备实验性脑缺血动物模型,以便观察其生理、生化和脑组织病理改变,探索和寻找防治措施.本文报告了结扎双侧大鼠颈总动脉后(120~180 min)造成急性脑缺血后组织病理和超微结构的改变.
