目前执行的行业标准《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ/T 23-2011)只适用于对抗压强度为10.0~60.0MPa的混凝土进行强度检测,适合于小掺量掺合料的范围。本文针对瓯江大桥使用了大掺量掺合料和外加剂的海工混凝土,以及瓯江大桥箱梁高强混凝土,制定了专门的试验方案,测定了瓯江大桥混凝土回弹值与抗压强度值之间的关系。结果表明,由于混凝土材料中加入了大掺量掺合料及外加剂,相同抗压强度值对应的回弹值略低于《回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度技术规程》(JGJ23-2011)中的相应值。
