随着高等教育的发展,特别是新世纪以来,具有硕士、博士以上学位的研究生对中学生进行一般科学文化知识和公民基本素养教育的职业者,愈来愈多,逐渐成为中学教育的中坚力量。由此,也提出了一个值得我们认真思考、研究的新问题:高学历的研究生教师就职中学是否大材小用,能否大有作为?他们在中学教育的天地里又如何不断发展自己,迅速成长?本文结合广东顺德德胜学校相关情况,就这个问题谈几点肤浅认识。
With the development of higher education, especially since the beginning of the new century, graduate students with master’s degrees and doctoral degrees have more and more graduates who carry out general scientific and cultural knowledge and basic literacy education for middle school students and have gradually become the backbone of secondary education. Therefore, we also put forward a new question that deserves our careful consideration and research: whether highly educated post-graduate teachers are able to work hard in secondary schools, how can they make a difference?
