本文用曲利本兰同血浆蛋白相结合,根据这种结合的蛋白质漏入组织中的情况判断血管通透性的大小。从组织中提取曲利本兰,用定量分析的方法在波长600毫微米处作比色测定,以及观察不同处理的冻伤组织活存面积。实验结果表明:用1%呋喃西林霜剂和它的中药复方霜剂能使冻伤组织的血管通透性明显降低,其患部组织中的平均曲利本兰渗出量分别为13.82±2.21μg/g水肿组织与11.53±1.37ug/g水肿组织,而对照组为24.47±1.45μg/g水肿组织。实验处理组与对照组之间的差异非常显著(P<0.001),两个处理组之间的差异也显著(P<0.05)。不同处理组的冻伤组织活存面积的差异也非常显著。
In this paper, lycopyrin was combined with plasma proteins and the degree of vascular permeability was determined based on the leakage of this bound protein into tissues. Trilobocene was extracted from the tissue, quantitative analysis was performed at a wavelength of 600 nm for colorimetric determination, and the area of viable wound tissue treated differently was observed. The experimental results show that: 1% nitrofurazone cream and its traditional Chinese medicine compound cream can significantly reduce the vascular permeability of frostbite tissue, and the average amount of ochraventin in the affected tissues is 13.82±2. 21μg/g edema tissue and 11.53±1.37ug/g edematous tissue, while the control group was 24.47±1.45μg/g edematous tissue. The difference between the experimental treatment group and the control group was very significant (P<0.001), and the difference between the two treatment groups was also significant (P<0.05). The difference in living area of frostbite tissue in different treatment groups was also significant.
