采用薄层扫描法测定了刺五加叶中皂苷配基之一齐墩果酸,对刺五加叶中皂苷的水解条件、皂甙配基的薄层层析条件及显色条件进行了研究。确定了用5%H2SO4乙醇水(1∶1)溶液,回流10h,在予制高效硅胶薄层层析板,以苯—丙酮(36∶13)为展开剂展开,喷10%H2SO4水溶液,105℃烘烤15min显色条件,测定了刺五加叶总皂苷中齐墩果酸的含量。本方法的平均回收率98%,相对标准偏差为3.0%。
The oleanolic acid, one of the saponins in leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus, was determined by thin-layer scanning method.
