对丙烯酸乳液、醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE乳液)及自制水性环氧乳液改性砂浆中一系列影响因素进行研究。结果表明:自制的水性环氧改性砂浆具有显著提升砂浆的抗压、抗折及粘结性能,其掺入砂浆比例为10%,室温20℃,湿度55%,养护28天,抗压强度达到最大为75.9MPa,抗折强度为19.4MPa,粘结强度为5.5MPa。
A series of influencing factors of acrylic emulsion, vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion (VAE emulsion) and self-made aqueous epoxy emulsion modified mortar were studied. The results show that the self-made water-based epoxy modified mortar can significantly improve the compressive strength, flexural resistance and adhesive property of the mortar. The mortar ratio is 10%, the room temperature is 20 ℃, the humidity is 55%, the curing time is 28 days, Reached a maximum of 75.9MPa, flexural strength of 19.4MPa, bond strength of 5.5MPa.
