建立高效液相色谱法测定人参茎叶中总黄酮(芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素)的方法;测定3个不同来源人参茎叶中总黄酮含量。色谱柱为Inertsustain C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相A为乙腈,流动相B为0.4%磷酸水,检测波长360 nm;流速0.8 m L·min-1。4种黄酮线性良好;不同来源中人参茎叶总黄酮含量存在差异。方法简便快速,能够为人参茎叶中总黄酮测定提供理论依据。
A method for the determination of total flavonoids (rutin, quercetin, kaempferol, isorhamnetin) in ginseng stems and leaves by HPLC was established. The content of total flavonoids in ginseng stems and leaves from 3 different sources was determined. The chromatographic column was Inertsustain C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase A was acetonitrile and the mobile phase B was 0.4% phosphoric acid water. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The flow rate was 0.8 m L · min- Different sources of ginseng stems and leaves total flavonoids differences. The method is simple and rapid and can provide theoretical basis for the determination of total flavonoids in stem and leaves of ginseng.
