目的:观察阴道超声下无水乙醇联合米非司酮在复发异位妊娠中的疗效。方法:选择在江山市妇幼保健院进行治疗的异位妊娠复发患者60例,分为实验组和对照组,每组30例。实验组患者阴道超声引导下采用无水乙醇局部注射和口服米非司酮治疗,对照组直接肌肉注射甲氨蝶呤和口服米非司酮治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组和对照组患者治疗后β-hCG水平较治疗前下降(P<0.01),包块直径缩小(P<0.01),总有效率分别为90%和86.67%;对照组患者白细胞下降率明显高于实验组(P<0.05),实验组总不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无水乙醇联合米非司酮治疗复发性异位妊娠与甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮疗效相当,但前者不良反应发生率低于后者。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of vaginal ultrasound combined with ethanol and mifepristone in recurrent ectopic pregnancy. Methods: Sixty patients with ectopic pregnancy who were treated in Jiangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were divided into experimental group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the experimental group, vaginal ultrasound guided local ethanol injection and oral administration of mifepristone, and the control group received intramuscular methotrexate and oral mifepristone directly. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The levels of β-hCG in experimental group and control group decreased (P <0.01) and the diameter of mass decreased (P <0.01), the total effective rate was 90% and 86.67% The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ethanol and mifepristone in treatment of recurrent ectopic pregnancy is similar to methotrexate combined with mifepristone, but the incidence of adverse reactions in the former is lower than the latter.
