在技校教学的过程中,老师往往只注重对学生知识的教育,认为学好了专业知识,学生在今后的工作中肯定会大有作为,而把情商培养放到次要的地位,本人从事20多年的技工教育,通过对工作后的学生进行抽样走访,发现许多学生,以前学习平平,情商较高,而现在业绩斐然,而以前有的学习好的学生,情商较低,工作的并不如意,心灰意冷,本文通过对学生情商重要性的分析,以便于学生更好的适应以后的工作。
