伴随着社会经济的蓬勃发展,医疗市场竞争日益激烈。医院财务管理作为医院管理活动中不可缺少的一部分,对医院的发展发挥着举足轻重的作用,而且直接影响到医院的综合竞争力。因此,要想促使医院更好地顺应当前新形势发展,逐步强化医院财务管理工作显得尤为重要。本文就立足于当前医院财务管理工作存在问题的基础之上,提出了加强医院财务管理的相应对策。
With the vigorous social and economic development, the medical market is increasingly competitive. As an indispensable part of hospital management activities, hospital financial management plays an important role in the development of the hospital, and it has a direct impact on the overall competitiveness of the hospital. Therefore, in order to urge the hospital to better comply with the current new situation and gradually strengthen the financial management of the hospital is particularly important. Based on the existing problems in the current hospital financial management, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the hospital financial management.
