研究了高钨含量(>98wt%)的W-Ni-Cu合金经高温烧结后钨含量和冷却速度对微观组织中孔隙率和孔径的影响及微观组织对动态力学性能(ε·=103~104s-1)的影响。随着钨含量的增多,孔隙率增大,孔径减小,其动态拉伸强度降低,动态压缩强度变化不大。成份相同时,烧结后的冷却速度越慢,孔隙率略小,孔径增大,动态拉伸强度大大下降,动态压缩强度也有所下降。
The effects of tungsten content and cooling rate on the porosity and pore size of microstructures of W-Ni-Cu alloy with high tungsten content (> 98wt%) after sintering at high temperature and the effect of microstructure on the dynamic mechanical properties (ε · = 103 ~ 104s -1). With the increase of tungsten content, the porosity increases, the pore diameter decreases, the dynamic tensile strength decreases and the dynamic compressive strength changes little. When the ingredients are the same, the slower the cooling rate after sintering, the smaller the porosity, the larger the pore diameter, the greater the dynamic tensile strength and the lower the dynamic compressive strength.
