工资集体协商制度主要目的是为保障职工在工资收入、福利待遇等方面的合法权益,在医疗事业单位,此项制度的实施还较为滞后。针对医疗事业单位中在编职工和合同制职工在工资待遇、休假制度等方面差别较大的问题,某市三级综合医院,通过实行合同制职工工资集体协商制度,维护了合同制职工的合法权益。在切实提高了合同制职工工资水平的同时,也提升了医院的社会形象,达到了劳资双方“双赢”的目的。
