本工作以多官能度氯硅烷为偶联剂合成了两组臂长相同、支化度不同的规则苯乙烯—异戊二烯星形嵌段共聚物。样品用GPC、红外,核磁、电子膜式渗透仪进行了表征,并且用扭辮仪、电镜分别测试了动态力学性能和形态。看到了明显的相分离结构,相分离的程度随支化度增加而增大,形态的结构参数随嵌段长度和支化度不同而变化,力学性能也有明显的形态依赖性。
In this work, two groups of regular styrene-isoprene star block copolymers with the same arm length and different degree of branching were synthesized by using multifunctional chlorosilane as coupling agent. The samples were characterized by GPC, IR, NMR and EME. The dynamic mechanical properties and morphology of the samples were tested by twist braiding and electron microscopy respectively. The obvious phase separation structure was observed. The degree of phase separation increased with the degree of branching. The structural parameters varied with the block length and degree of branching. The mechanical properties also showed obvious morphological dependence.
