活性炭再生是第十四届国际给水会议特别议题之一,在这篇报告中叙述了粒状活性炭(GAC)的再生方法,再生后的质量变化、炭在设备之间传送等方面目前及今后可能使用的技术。目前最广泛使用的是热再生方法。使用这种方法,一个重要的因素是传送技术。而不需要传送的再生方法一生物学再生法,也在自来水厂中采用。 1.传送技术提升采用射流泵、不锈钢和橡胶衬里的离心泵、活塞泵等。为了防止管道堵塞,流速必须大干1米/秒,同时必须避免采用曲率半径小的弯管。活性炭的含水率必须在50%以上,传送量10米~3/时左右较为适当。
Activated carbon regeneration is one of the special topics of the 14th International Water Supply Conference. Transmission technology The use of jet pumps, stainless steel and rubber lining centrifugal pumps, piston pumps, etc. In order to prevent clogging of the pipeline, the flow rate must be 1 m/sec. and the use of a curved pipe with a small radius of curvature must be avoided. The moisture content of activated carbon must be more than 50%, and the amount of transfer should be about 10m~3/hr.
