目的:探讨抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(抗-CCP)、RA33抗体和类风湿因子IgG—Rf对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床诊断价值。方法:选择RA患者65例、非RA患者50例健康体检者50例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测抗CCP抗体、抗RA33抗体,应用免疫透射比浊法检测IgG—Rf。结果:抗CCP抗体、RA33抗体和IgG—Rf对RA诊断的敏感性分别为58.5%、33.9%、75.4%;特异性分别为98.0%、97.0%、81.0%。结论:抗CCP抗体、RA33抗体对RA诊断的特异性优于RF(P<0.05),可作为RA诊断的特异性血清学指标;RF与抗CCP抗体和RA33抗体同时检测用于RA的诊断是临床的最佳选择。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody (anti-CCP), RA33 antibody and rheumatoid factor IgG-Rf on rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: We selected 65 patients with RA and 50 healthy subjects without RA. Anti-CCP antibody and anti-RA33 antibody were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and IgG-Rf by immunoturbidimetry. Results: The sensitivity of anti-CCP, RA33 and IgG-Rf to the diagnosis of RA were 58.5%, 33.9% and 75.4% respectively; the specificity was 98.0%, 97.0% and 81.0% respectively. CONCLUSION: The anti-CCP and RA33 antibodies are superior to RF in diagnosis of RA (P <0.05), which can be used as a specific serological marker for RA. Simultaneous detection of RF and anti-CCP antibodies and RA33 antibodies for diagnosis of RA is The best clinical choice.
