目的 :观察肿瘤细胞株细胞共刺激分子B7.1的表达状况 ,并为进一步进行体外研究B7 1分子功能提供模型。方法 :用SABC免疫细胞化学方法研究 6种肿瘤细胞株细胞B7.1的表达。结果 :除BLZ2 11(人膀胱癌细胞株 )、A375 (人黑色素瘤细胞株 )阴性外 ,其余四株细胞——— 772 1(人肝癌细胞株 )、BLS2 11(人膀胱癌细胞株 )、GRC1(人肾癌细胞株 )、MGC(人胃癌细胞株 )均呈阳性染色反应 ,阳性细胞胞膜被染成棕黄色。结论 :本研究中的大多数肿瘤细胞株细胞表达B7.1分子 ;B7.1阳性细胞株细胞可用于体外研究B7.1分子功能
Objective: To observe the expression of B7.1, a costimulatory molecule in tumor cell lines, and to provide a model for further in vitro study of B7 1 molecule function. METHODS: The expression of B7.1 in 6 tumor cell lines was studied by SABC immunocytochemistry. Results: In addition to BLZ2 11 (human bladder cancer cell line), A375 (human melanoma cell line) were negative, the other four cells - 772 1 (human hepatoma cell line), BLS2 11 (human bladder cancer cell line), GRC1 (human kidney cancer cell line) and MGC (human gastric cancer cell line) showed positive staining reaction, and the positive cell membrane was dyed brownish yellow. Conclusion: Most of the tumor cell lines in this study express B7.1 molecules; B7.1 positive cell line cells can be used to study B7.1 molecular function in vitro.
