高温损伤和“温损伤”通过不同途径影响种子生命活动。高温干燥对种子细胞膜系有损害,但干燥刚结束,种子吸胀时能迅速地自我修复。在室温贮存过程中,这类种子稳定性较差,结构性和生理性损伤逐渐扩大和积累,如膜的完整性和异柠檬酸裂解酶活性下降,同时脂肪亦发生强烈的氧化和分解,终致种胚修复能力降低。“温损伤”种子虽然细胞膜在贮存中较稳定,但在干燥中内部的脂肪可能发生氧化,并在以后逐渐毒害种子,使之活力衰退。
High temperature damage and “warm damage” affect seed life activities through different ways.
