目的描述厦门市企业工人营养知识、态度及饮食行为(KAP)情况,为企业员工营养干预提供科学依据。方法对厦门市2所工厂1240名企业员工进行问卷调查。结果厦门市2所企业工人营养KAP总平均得分18.61±4.76分,营养知识、营养态度和饮食行为平均得分分别为7.83±2.81、2.95±0.93和7.82±2.57分;男、女在营养态度和饮食行为得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),营养知识和态度、营养知识和行为和营养态度和行为之间均有明显的正相关关系(P<0.05);获得营养知识和食品安全问题的途径以网络(52.90%)、电视(49.19%)和新闻(35.65%)为主。结论多数企业员工对营养知识掌握肤浅,且存在不合理的饮食行为,应开展针对性营养健康教育,提高营养知识水平,为企业员工健康行为的形成提供支持。
Objective To describe the nutrition knowledge, attitudes and dietary behaviors (KAP) among workers in Xiamen City and provide a scientific basis for the employees’ nutritional intervention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1240 employees in 2 factories in Xiamen City. Results The average KAP score of workers in two enterprises in Xiamen was 18.61 ± 4.76, and the average score of nutrition knowledge, nutrition and diet was 7.83 ± 2.81, 2.95 ± 0.93 and 7.82 ± 2.57 respectively. The nutritional status and diet of men and women (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between nutrition knowledge and attitude, nutrition knowledge and behavior and nutrition attitude and behavior (P <0.05). Nutritional knowledge and food safety were obtained (52.90%), television (49.19%) and news (35.65%). Conclusion Most employees have superficial knowledge of nutrition and unreasonable dietary behaviors. They should carry out targeted nutrition and health education to improve nutrition knowledge and provide support for the formation of health behaviors among employees.
