Cr-Mo耐热钢最常见的问题是发生于焊接接头热影响区的Ⅳ型裂纹引起的失效,焊接残余应力水平起着重要的作用。本文基于大型有限元软件ABAQUS,开发了一个顺次耦合的焊接应力计算程序,对P91钢焊接接头的残余应力场进行了模拟。研究结果表明:轴向和径向残余应力均呈拉应力状态;焊接残余应力最大值集中在靠近母材的热影响区附近,并且焊接残余应力集中部位与Ⅳ型裂纹的发生位置相一致。
The most common problem of Cr-Mo heat-resisting steel is the failure caused by Type IV crack in the HAZ of welded joints, and the residual stress level of welding plays an important role. Based on the large-scale finite element software ABAQUS, a series of sequential coupled stress calculation programs were developed to simulate the residual stress field of P91 steel welded joints. The results show that the axial and radial residual stresses are in the state of tensile stress. The maximum of welding residual stress is concentrated near the heat affected zone near the base metal, and the welding residual stress concentration site coincides with the occurrence of type IV cracks.
