结算管理是企业财务管理的重要内容之一,企业的产品销售或经营收入能否通过银行结算顺利地实现,直接关系到企业的资金周转和经济效益。如何促使结算工作正常化,也是企业经营者普遍关心的问题。笔者拟对企业如何加强结算管理作些粗浅的议论。 一、提高结算工作质量,缩短结算周期 在实际工作中,一般应做到以下三点: 1.加强各个结算环节的管理,保证及时开帐。
