本文研究了一些磷化合物的X射线光电子能谱,测定了磷1s电子的结合能、磷2p电子结合能和磷KLL俄歇电子能量,首次报导了九个磷化合物的有关电子能谱值,并讨论了这些电子能谱位移与化学状态之间的对应关系.
In this paper, the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of some phosphorus compounds was studied. The binding energies of phosphorus 1s electrons, the phosphorus 2p electron binding energy and the phosphorus KLL Auger electron energy were measured. The electronic spectra of nine phosphorus compounds were reported for the first time. The correspondence between these electron energy spectra shifts and chemical states is discussed.
