国家电网公司“三集五大”后,按照对企业精益化管理、标准化建设的要求,对县供电企业由农电部归口管理、总体协调、和评价考核,由各专业部门按专业进行垂直管理。其间涉及农电部部门名称、职能、岗位和工作方式的调整,减少了省、市农电部纵向到县供电企业的管理,强化了与同级部门的协调、沟通,还增加了牵头、督查、考核等职能,堪称农电管理模式的一次变革。
