对电解质强化煤泥浮选效果的机理进行了综述。电解质的添加可以薄化矿物颗粒表面的水化膜,压缩气泡与颗粒表面的双电层,降低气泡与颗粒表面的静电斥力,有利于气泡的矿化。同时电解质有利于阻止气泡的兼并,降低气泡的尺寸,增加浮选体系中微小气泡的数量,提高浮选的动力学,并在一定浓度范围内增加浮选泡沫的稳定性。
The mechanism of electrolyte flotation effect is reviewed. The addition of electrolyte can thin the hydration film on the surface of mineral particles, compress the electric double layer of air bubbles on the surface of particles, reduce the electrostatic repulsion between air bubble and particle surface, which is propitious to the mineralization of bubbles. At the same time electrolyte is conducive to prevent the merger of bubbles, reduce the size of bubbles, increase the number of tiny bubbles in the flotation system, improve the kinetics of flotation, and increase the stability of flotation foam in a certain concentration range.
