儿童小细胞未分化肺癌极罕见,我院遇到一例,报告如下。 患儿男,11岁,1987年5月来我院就诊。2个月前起刺激性干咳,发热,体温37.5~38.5℃。无咯血及盗汗,渐感乏力消瘦、纳减。来诊前10天起,胸闷气短。平卧时咳嗽加重,伴呼吸困难。否认结核病史。查体:一般状态欠佳,呼吸稍促,无发绀,右锁骨上及右腋下可触及1.Ocm×1.0cm大淋巴结各一个,质中等硬度,活动良好。右胸廓饱满,第二肋以下叩诊浊音,语颤减弱,听诊右肺呼吸音极弱,左肺
Children’s small-cell undifferentiated lung cancer is extremely rare. One case was encountered in our hospital. The report is as follows.
