目的对一起中毒事件进行调查分析,探讨造成沙门氏菌食物中毒的原因。方法采用现场调查的方式,依据流行病学三间分布、环境危害因素调查、实验室采样与检测分析等方法,对该起食物中毒进行调查分析。结果因从业人员带菌、加工条件差,污染浆鸡食品,而造成的一起圣保罗沙门氏菌食物中毒事件。中毒造成98例中毒人员,未发生死亡病例。结论加大食品卫生监管,特别是加强从业人员健康体检,完善现场卫生设施设备,健全各项规章制度,强化卫生操作意识是预防食物中毒的有效措施。
Objective To investigate and analyze the poisoning incidents to explore the causes of food poisoning caused by Salmonella. Methods By means of field investigation, based on three epidemiological distributions, environmental hazards investigation, laboratory sampling and testing methods, the food poisoning was investigated. As a result of practitioners carrying contaminated, poor processing conditions, polluted pulp chicken food caused by the incident of St. Paul Salmonella food poisoning. Poisoning caused 98 poisoning, no deaths occurred. Conclusion It is an effective measure to prevent food poisoning by stepping up food hygiene supervision, especially strengthening health checkup of practitioners, improving on-site sanitary facilities and equipment, perfecting various rules and regulations and strengthening awareness of hygiene operation.
