我院1994年7月～1995年10月对34例51眼，小梁切除术中应用1％玻璃酸钠，并与未使用玻璃酸钠的对照组（18例32眼）进行术后疗效比较观察，证明玻璃酸钠无明显毒性及炎症反应，在术后72h内能维持前房一定深度，利于预防术后近期浅前房。1对象和方法1．1病例选择随机分组。玻璃酸
