作者对29例七个月至十二岁的各种不同类型的癫癎患儿采用合成促肾上腺皮质激素治疗。其治疗剂量为两岁以内隔日每次肌肉注0.25毫克,两至六岁每次肌肉注0.5毫克,六岁以上每次肌注1毫克。十五次为一疗程;2例因癫癎复发而增补1—2个疗程。27例 The authors treated 29 adolescents with various types of epilepsy aged seven months to twelve years with synthetic adrenocorticotropic hormone. The therapeutic dose of 0.25 mg every muscle injection within two years of age every second, every two to six years old intramuscular injection of 0.5 mg, muscle injection 1 mg each over the age of six.
