新生血管型老年性黄斑变性(AMD)致盲率高,危害大,缺乏良好的药物治疗手段。本文阐述了新生血管型AMD的治疗现状,分析了基因靶点及临床研究情况,并从阳离子脂质载体类和聚合物载体类两个主要方面,重点综述了基因治疗非病毒载体的研究进展,包括阳离子脂质体、聚乙烯亚胺纳米粒、聚赖氨酸纳米粒、树状大分子纳米粒、壳聚糖纳米粒等,以期对该疾病基因治疗的药剂学研究提供借鉴和参考。
Neovascular age-related macular degeneration (AMD) high blinding rate, endangering large, the lack of good drug treatment. This article describes the current status of the treatment of neovascular AMD, analyzes the gene targets and clinical research, and reviews the progress of gene therapy of non-viral vectors from two main aspects: cationic lipid carriers and polymer carriers. Including cationic liposomes, polyethylenimine nanoparticles, polylysine nanoparticles, dendrimer nanoparticles and chitosan nanoparticles, in order to provide reference for the pharmacy research of gene therapy of the disease.
