目的以浙江省为例分析当前综合性医院病案科与信息科专业人员的年龄构成、学历层次、专业构成、职称级别,为医院病案科的人力资源管理提供参考。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,调查全省41家医院信息相关科室工作人员,利用EpiDate3.0建立数据库,SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果浙江省综合性医院病案科男女性别比为1/4.19,年龄以40岁~50岁为主(占33.7%),初始学历和目前学历均以大专为主(分别占41.6%和42.8%),初始专业以护理专业为主(占18.7%),目前专业以管理类和病案统计专业为主(38%),31.9%为中级职称;信息科男女性别比为1/0.4,年龄以30岁~40岁为主(占45.0%),初始学历和目前学历均以本科为主(分别占61.8%和66.5%),初始专业和目前专业均以计算机类为主(分别占81.2%和82.3%),33.0%为中级职称。两部门工作人员在性别、年龄、学历、专业分布上有差异。结论浙江综合性医院病案科工作人员专业出身较少,应加强继续教育和专业培养,同时积极引进年轻的专业人才,以适应医院病案管理工作的需要。
Objective To analyze the age composition, educational level, professional composition and professional titles of the cases and information professionals of the current comprehensive hospital in Zhejiang Province as an example to provide a reference for the human resources management of the medical records of the hospital. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the information related departments staff of 41 hospitals in the province. The database was established with EpiDate 3.0 and SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The sex ratio of male and female in Zhejiang Provincial General Hospital was 1 / 4.19, and the age was from 40 to 50 years old (33.7%). The initial education level and the current academic level were both college (41.6% and 42.8% respectively) (18.7%). Currently, majors mainly include management and medical records statistics (38%), and 31.9% are mid-level professional titles. The gender ratio of information subjects is 1 / 0.4 and the age is 30 ~ 40 years old (45.0%), the initial education and the current academic qualifications are mainly undergraduate (61.8% and 66.5% respectively), and both the original major and the current major are computers (81.2% and 82.3% ), 33.0% for intermediate grade. There are differences between the two departments in terms of gender, age, education level and professional distribution. Conclusion Zhejiang General Hospital has a relatively small number of cases of staff in the department of medical record and should continue to strengthen its continuing education and professional training. At the same time, it should actively introduce young professionals to meet the needs of hospital medical record management.
