现象: 近几年来,国内各大广告公司包括部分国际4A都面临着客户严重流失的残酷现实,其中尤以本土广告公司最为严重。客户的不稳定性导致一些广告公司经营现状每况愈下。伴随着客户的流失,广告公司内部历经裁员、人才流失和从租金昂贵的写字楼撤离等激烈震荡,相当一批昔日门庭若市的公司垮了、弱了,已成为业内不争的事实。
Phenomenon: In recent years, major domestic advertising agencies, including some of the international 4A are facing the brutal reality of the serious loss of customers, especially in the most serious local advertising company. Customer instability led to some advertising companies operating condition deteriorating. Accompanied by the loss of customers, advertising companies have experienced intense shocks such as layoffs, brain drain and evacuation from expensive rental offices. As a result, quite a number of formerly dwelling houses collapsed and weakened, which has become an indisputable fact in the industry.
