我院自1984年1月～1994年1月共遇6例,现总结报道如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 6例均为本院住院病例,均为男性,年龄23～46岁。按1986年全国EHF会议制订的诊断和分型标准,中型2例,重型3例,危重型1例。既往无高血压和肾脏疾病史。 1.2 临床表现 6例均在EHF流行季节发病,有发热、头痛、腰痛、酒醉貌、球结膜充血水肿和肾区叩击痛,4例皮肤见出血点。入院时血压11～13/7～11kPa,尿蛋白(++～++++),发现膜状物2例,血小板计数28～41×10~9/L,5例见异型淋巴细胞,血尿素氮12.5～34.5mmol/L,肌酐194.5～291.7μmol/L,6例EHF-Ab IgM
Our hospital from January 1984 to January 1994 a total of 6 cases, are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information 6 cases were hospitalized patients, both men, aged 23 to 46 years. According to the diagnostic and classification criteria formulated by the EHF Conference in 1986, 2 were medium-sized, 3 were heavy and 1 was critically ill. No previous history of hypertension and kidney disease. 1.2 Clinical manifestations of 6 cases were in the season of epidemic EHF onset, fever, headache, back pain, drunk appearance, conjunctival congestion and edema and perineural percussion pain, bleeding in 4 cases of skin see. On admission, blood pressure was 11-13 / 7-11kPa and urinary protein (+++++++). Two cases of membranous and platelet counts of 28-41x10-9 / L were found. Five cases of atypical lymphocytes and blood Urea nitrogen 12.5 ~ 34.5mmol / L, creatinine 194.5 ~ 291.7μmol / L, 6 cases of EHF-Ab IgM
