在数控车床中,零件的加工质量主要包括零件表面的质量和零件加工的精确度两个方面。现今,导致零件加工质量降低的因素有很多种,其中最主要的因素分别是加工工艺因素、车床的操作技巧以及加工程序这三个方面。因此,关于提高数控车床加工质量的措施显得尤为重要,本文针对加工工艺的重要性以及编程程序和数控车床的操作技巧等展开分析和研究,浅议如何提高提高数控车床加工质量的措施。
In the CNC lathe, the quality of parts processing, including the quality of the parts surface and parts machining accuracy of two aspects. Nowadays, there are many kinds of factors that cause the quality of parts processing to be reduced. Among them, the most important factors are processing technology factors, lathe operation skills and processing procedures. Therefore, it is very important to improve the machining quality of CNC lathe. In this paper, the importance of machining technology, the programming procedure and operation skills of CNC lathe are analyzed and researched. How to improve the quality of CNC lathe is discussed in this paper.
