针对插电式混合动力系统电气部件众多、监控软件无法通用现象,提出了一种基于CCP协议的通用监控系统的开发方法。该系统由通用监控软件、专用CAN设备与底层驱动程序组成,通过在各控制器与监控软件之间采用符合相同交互机制的CCP通信协议,实现单个监控软件对处于同一子网的各网络节点分时数据采集与在线标定功能。经过实例测试,该系统支持大量数据单向、固定周期传递,可靠性高,适合车辆调试初期各电气部件工作状态和性能参数的监控与功能测试。
Aiming at the numerous electrical components of plug-in hybrid power system and the phenomenon that monitoring software can not be used universally, a general monitoring system development method based on CCP protocol is proposed. The system consists of general monitoring software, special CAN device and underlying driver. By adopting the CCP communication protocol which accords with the same interaction mechanism between each controller and the monitoring software, a single monitoring software can realize the monitoring of each network node in the same subnet When data acquisition and online calibration function. After the example test, the system supports a large number of data transmission, fixed cycle, high reliability, suitable for monitoring and functional testing of the work status and performance parameters of various electrical components in the initial stage of vehicle commissioning.
