目的探讨糖尿病患者药师介入用药指导后患者用药依从性的改变情况。方法抽取在我院进行治疗的糖尿病患者60例,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各30例。两组均服用常规糖尿病药物及胰岛素注射进行治疗,观察组在其基础上,药师主动对其行药学指导。在治疗3个月后对其药物依从性进行评价。结果在治疗前,两组患者在药物依从性评价方面无显著差异。药师介入用药指导3个月后,观察组的药物依从性评价较对照组明显提高。结论在糖尿病的治疗方面,通过药师指导患者用药,能够将其用药依从性显著提高。
Objective To investigate the change of medication compliance in patients with diabetes mellitus after medication guidance. Methods Sixty cases of diabetic patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Both groups were treated with conventional diabetes drugs and insulin injection. On the basis of the observation group, the pharmacists took the initiative to conduct the pharmacy guidance. The drug compliance was evaluated after 3 months of treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the assessment of drug adherence between the two groups. Pharmacists intervention medication guidance 3 months later, the observation group’s drug compliance evaluation significantly increased compared with the control group. Conclusions In the treatment of diabetes, pharmacists can guide their patients to use drugs that can significantly improve their medication compliance.
