以西南地区的2种煤样为研究对象,研究了不同功率的超声波对矿浆处理不同时间的情况下,煤泥浮选效果的改善程度。结果表明:超声波功率越大,处理时间越长,煤粒破碎程度越大,煤泥浮选率增大,而精煤硫分先降低再缓慢升高,不同煤样灰分变化不同。
Taking the two kinds of coal samples in the southwestern region as the research object, the improvement of slime flotation was studied under the different power of ultrasonic treatment for different time. The results show that the bigger the ultrasonic power is, the longer the treatment time is, the bigger the degree of coal particles is broken and the flotation rate of coal slime increases, while the sulfur content of the fine coal decreases first and then slowly, and the ash of different coal samples changes differently.
