当前语文教学受高考指挥棒的左右,始终走不出“应试教育”的樊篱,片面注重知识的传授和能力的培养,以智育替代德育、美育,忽略了对学生学习情感的关注。语文教学与生活彼此割裂,脱离了学生的心理发展需求,加之农村留守儿童多,他们缺乏应有的关爱,个性得不到发展,情感得不到满足,甚至有个别学生出现个体异化、人格扭曲的不良状况。笔者结合自身教学实践,就当前农村初中语文教学中非智力因素的培养谈一些粗浅
