一、项目背景磨溪区块龙王庙组气藏是西南油气田分公司2012年新发现储量和产能潜力较大的下寒武系含硫气藏。2013年分公司将开展干法脱硫装置建设工程列为重点产能建设项目和加快龙王庙组气藏勘探开发的四项举措之首,由成都天科石油天然气工程有限公司(以下简称天科公司)承接该EPC项目。该装置大胆采用了3列12座干法脱硫塔串并联结合工艺。已于2013年5月4日建成交付,5月9日正式投入运行。为尽早获取龙王庙组气
I. Project Background The Longwangmiao gas reservoir in Moxi block is a sub-Cambrian sulfide gas reservoir newly discovered by the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch in 2012 with great potential for reserves and production. In 2013, the branch will be the first of four measures to focus on the construction of dry-type desulphurization facilities as a key capacity-building project and the exploration and development of the Longwangmiao Gas Reservoirs. Chengdu Tianke Oil & Gas Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianke Company) Undertake the EPC project. The device boldly adopted three columns 12 dry desulfurization tower series and parallel combination process. It was completed and delivered on May 4, 2013 and formally put into operation on May 9.
