在探讨基层群众文化深刻内涵的基础上,结合当前群众文化发展及工作开展的实际情况,探讨了其中存在的主要问题。以提高基层群众文化工作开展的整体水平为目的,提出了对应的策略,为基层群众文化工作的开展提供一定的参考。
Based on the profound connotation of grass-roots mass culture and the current situation of mass cultural development and work carried out, the main problems existing therein are discussed. In order to improve the overall level of grass-roots mass cultural work for the purpose of putting forward corresponding strategies for grass-roots mass cultural work to provide some reference.
