汞广泛存在于人类环境中,随着工业的迅速发展,自然环境必然受到不同程度的污染,而以各种途径进入人体。为了了解长沙地区人体内汞的蓄积水平,我们从该地区死亡者的尸体中采取了肾、肝、肺、骨、脾、胰、肌肉等组织,进行总汞值的测定,供环境质量评价时参考。 受测对象均为18岁以上成年人,男女各半,共14例,在长沙地区居住五年以上,生前与汞无职业接触。死亡原因多为突发之心血管疾病或急性休克致死,测定方法用冷原子吸收法,样品取新鲜组织,用冷消化处理后测定。 测定结果(按ppm,湿重计)如下:
Mercury exists widely in the human environment. With the rapid development of industry, the natural environment will inevitably be polluted to different degrees and enter the human body in various ways. In order to understand the level of mercury accumulation in the human body in Changsha, we took the tissues of kidney, liver, lung, bone, spleen, pancreas and muscle from the dead bodies of the area for the determination of total mercury for environmental quality evaluation reference.
