目的 :研究转移生长因子 - β1(TGF- β1)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子 - 1(s ICAM- 1)在原发性肝癌中的表达情况 ,探讨 TGF-β1、 s ICAM- 1与原发性肝癌的关系。方法 :采用双抗体夹心 EL ISA技术对 4 1例原发性肝癌患者和 4 0例正常健康人的外周血进行 TGF- β1、s ICAM- 1浓度分析。结果 :正常健康人外周血 TGF- β1、s ICAM- 1水平分别为 (1.83± 0 .4 1) μg/ L、 (193.2 3± 2 .98) μg/ L,而原发性肝癌组为 (11.32± 0 .2 9) μg/ L、 (2 85 .2 1± 4 .36 ) μg/ L,差异有显著性 (均 P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :肝癌患者体内 TGF- β1、s ICAM- 1表达量和功能的改变 ,导致细胞增殖失控 ,促进肿瘤的发生、发展、转移 ,检测 TGF- β1、s ICAM-1对肝癌治疗及预后具有重要的意义
Objective: To investigate the expression of TGF-β1 (sICAM-1) and sICAM-1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), and to explore the relationship between TGF-β1, s ICAM- Sexual liver cancer. Methods: The levels of TGF-β1, s ICAM-1 in peripheral blood from 41 patients with primary liver cancer and 40 healthy controls were analyzed by double-antibody sandwich ELISA. Results: The levels of TGF-β1 and s ICAM-1 in peripheral blood of healthy volunteers were (1.83 ± 0.41) μg / L and (193.2 3 ± 2.98) μg / L, respectively, 11.32 ± 0.29) μg / L, (2 85.21 ± 4.36) μg / L, respectively (all P <0.01). Conclusion: The change of TGF-β1, s ICAM-1 expression and function in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma leads to uncontrolled cell proliferation, promotion of tumorigenesis, metastasis, and detection of TGF-β1 and s ICAM-1 in the treatment and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma Meaning
