由国际糖尿病免疫学会(IDS)和韩国糖尿病学会共同主办的第11届国际糖尿病免疫学年会于2010年10月30日～11月3日在韩国仁川举行。来自世界各地的200多位从事1型糖尿病(T1DM)基础和临床免疫学研究的知名专家出席了会议。IDS委员、中华医学会糖尿病学分会T1DM组组长、中南大学糖尿病中心主任周智广教授应邀首次组团参会,并在大会做专题报告。大会共收到论文200余篇,内容涉及T1DM的发病机制、预测、诊断、预防和治疗等领域,现将主要内容介绍如下。
The 11th International Conference on Diabetes Immunology, co-sponsored by the International Diabetes Society (IDS) and the Korea Diabetes Association, was held in Incheon, South Korea from October 30 to November 3, 2010. More than 200 well-known experts from basic and clinical immunology research of Type 1 Diabetes (T1DM) from all over the world attended the conference. IDS members, Diabetes Branch of Chinese Medical Association T1DM team leader, director of Central South University Diabetes Center Professor Zhou Zhiguang was invited to the first delegation to participate in the meeting, and make special reports in the General Assembly. The conference received a total of 200 papers, covering the pathogenesis of T1DM, prediction, diagnosis, prevention and treatment and other fields, the main content is as follows.
