欧洲航天标准化活动主要是由欧空局(ESA)负责组织实施的。文中概述了ESA标准化的目的、政策及结构体系,详细介绍了其PSS标准的制定与实施情况,并对PSS标准的发展作了系统的阐述。
European space standardization activities are mainly organized and implemented by the European Space Agency (ESA). The purpose of the ESA standardization, policy and structure system are outlined in this paper. The development and implementation of the PSS standard are described in detail, and the development of the PSS standard is systematically elaborated.
