目的观察正心泰胶囊对不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)的治疗效果。方法将180例不稳定性心绞痛住院病例随机分为两组,正心泰胶囊组(治疗组)90例和硝酸甘油组(对照组)90例,进行临床比较观察。结果治疗组临床显效55例(61.1%),有效28例(31.1%),无效7例(8%),总有效率为92%;对照组临床显效28例(31.1%),有效38例(42.2%),无效24例(26.7%),总有效率73.3%,两组相比有统计学意义,治疗组效果明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论正心泰胶囊治疗不稳定性心绞痛有显著疗效,无明显不良反应。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhengxintai capsule on unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods 180 patients with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups: 90 cases of Zhengxintai capsule group (treatment group) and 90 cases of nitroglycerin group (control group). Results In the treatment group, 55 cases (61.1%) were clinically effective, 28 cases (31.1%) were effective, 7 cases (8%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 92%; 28 cases (31.1%) were effective in the control group, and 38 cases were effective ( 42.2%), 24 cases (26.7%) were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.3%. There was statistical significance between the two groups. The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion ZhengXinTai capsule has significant curative effect on unstable angina pectoris without obvious adverse reactions.
