混合性中胚层肿瘤的实质由上皮和中胚层构成,反映女性生殖道胚芽双潜能性。分类可有几种组织亚型表明各组分有恶性潜能,可从完全良性转化成高度恶性。所有亚群发生在子宫的比卵巢多,混合中胚层肿瘤(二种组分均为恶性)占所有卵巢癌1%以下。仅报道过一例混合性中胚层卵巢肿瘤细胞遗传学特征。本文报道另一例的细胞遗传学研究。一例66岁妇女经临床和组织病理检查确诊为混合性中胚层肿瘤,取新鲜瘤组织机械剪碎,胶原酶消化,短期培养于1640培养基中,内含17%小牛血清,谷氨酰胺,Hepes,双抗,胰岛素,霍乱毒素和上皮细胞生长因
Mixed substance of mesodermal tumors by the epithelial and mesodermal essence, reflecting the female reproductive tract germ double potential. Classification There are several tissue subtypes that indicate that each component has a malignant potential that transforms from a complete benign to a highly malignant. All subpopulations occur in the uterus more than in the ovary, and mixed mesodermal tumors (both components are malignant) account for less than 1% of all ovarian cancers. Only one case of mixed mesodermal ovarian tumor cytogenetics has been reported. This article reports another case of cytogenetics. A 66-year-old woman was diagnosed as a mixed mesodermal tumor by clinical and histopathological examinations. The fresh tumor tissue was mechanically excised and digested with collagenase and cultured in 1640 medium for 17 days, containing 17% fetal calf serum, glutamine, Hepes, Diabodies, Insulin, Cholera Toxins and Epithelial Growth Factors
