在电力市场背景下,风储互补的运行模式能够有效提高输电网资产利用率并降低输电成本。区别了两种储能装置在电力系统中的配置运营模式,以输电线路容量为约束条件和研究的切入点,分别构建了负荷侧和风电侧储能模式的价值测算模型,并利用内点—分支定界法对模型进行求解。在此基础上,基于储能装置的容量规模对输电、储能的合理投资策略进行了敏感性分析,得出了不同输电容量规模和投资成本条件下的投资有效边界和投资组合。算例和敏感性分析结果证明了本文所构建储能模式价值测算模型的有效性,能够为电网企业在电力市场背景下进行输电和储能的投资提供决策依据。
Under the background of electricity market, the mode of wind and hydropower complementation can effectively improve the utilization of transmission network assets and reduce transmission costs. Differentiating the operation modes of the two energy storage devices in the power system, taking the transmission line capacity as the constraint condition and the research entry point, the value measurement models of load side and wind power side energy storage mode are respectively constructed, Branch and bound method to solve the model. Based on this, sensitivity analysis of reasonable investment strategy of transmission and storage based on the capacity scale of energy storage device was made, and the effective investment boundary and investment portfolio under different transmission capacity scale and investment cost were obtained. The results of the example and the sensitivity analysis prove the validity of the model of energy storage model constructed in this paper, which can provide decision basis for grid enterprises to invest in transmission and storage in the electricity market.
