目的通过对人事档案管理存在问题的分析,提出整改措施,以实现人事档案规范化、科学化管理。方法根据日常档案管理工作经验,进行回顾性总结与分析。结果总结出重点落实的5项措施:①加强领导,提高档案意识。②制度先行,规范档案管理。③开拓创新,加快信息化建设。④考核监督,完善档案管理。⑤注重学习,提高管档人员素质。通过上述措施的实施,更新观念,完善档案管理制度,全面提高档案管理水平。结论针对人事档案出现的新情况、新问题,档案管理者必须抓住时机,与时俱进,才能走出人事档案所存在的制度困境,探索出人事档案现代化管理的新模式。
Objective Through the analysis of the existing problems of personnel files management, put forward the corrective measures to realize the standardization and scientific management of personnel files. Methods According to the daily file management experience, we retrospectively summarized and analyzed. The results summed up the implementation of the five key measures: ① strengthen leadership and raise awareness of archives. ② system first, standardize file management. ③ pioneering and innovative, speed up the construction of information. ④ examination and supervision, improve file management. ⑤ focus on learning, improve the quality of the file management staff. Through the implementation of the above measures, update their concepts, improve the file management system, and comprehensively improve the file management level. Conclusion In view of the new situation and new problems in the personnel files, the file managers must seize the opportunity and advance with the times in order to get out of the system dilemma existing in the personnel files and explore a new mode of modern management of personnel files.
