1991年第6期《公路》.刊登了李大明工程师介绍的日本大跨径桥梁深水基础施工方法一文,读后启发很大.深感我国公路建桥技术、施工设备、工程材料等方面还有较大差距.更确切地说,还有很大差距,特别是在大江大河上修建公路桥梁,遇到的基础设计和施工问题更为突出.大跨深水基础的形式,很大程度上决定于水文、地质和施工条件.大江大河一般水深流急,水位涨落季节性很强,施工难度很大.如何以最快的速度,在一个施工季节,完成墩身出水,将影响整个工程进度和造价,甚至工程的安危.因此,基础设计构思、施工设备、施工工艺应有周密计划,甚至还应有应急措施,以防万一.
