目的 探讨脑深静脉系统血栓形成的病因、临床表现及影像特征和在非急性期局部溶栓治疗的效果。方法 回顾性分析了 5例经DSA检查确诊为DCVT患者的病因、临床表现及影像特征和在非急性期溶栓治疗的结果。结果 患者男 3人 ,女 2人 ,年龄 2 2 - 4 9岁 ,病程 1- 7月 ,以发烧为诱因 2例 ,原因不明 3例 ,伴有颅内静脉窦 4例。经介入放射局部溶栓和全身抗凝治疗后 ,神经系统症状和体征明显减轻 ,未见明显副作用。结论 在诊断DCVT上 ,DSA比MRI要精确和敏感 ,且对治疗可进行评估 ;介入放射局部溶栓和全身抗凝治疗不仅在急性期对DCVT是安全、有效 ,而且在非急性期亦为一种积极治疗措施。
Objective To investigate the etiology, clinical manifestations and imaging features of thrombosis in deep venous thrombosis and the effect of local thrombolysis in non-acute phase. Methods The etiology, clinical manifestations and imaging features of 5 patients diagnosed with DCVT by DSA and the results of thrombolytic therapy in non-acute phase were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 3 males and 2 females, aged from 2 to 49 years. The course of disease was from January to July. Fever was the cause of fever in 2 cases. The cause was unknown in 3 cases. There were 4 cases of intracranial venous sinus. After interventional radiotherapy local thrombolysis and systemic anticoagulant therapy, neurological symptoms and signs significantly reduced, no obvious side effects. Conclusions DSA is more accurate and sensitive than MRI in the diagnosis of DCVT, and the treatment can be evaluated. Interventional radiotherapy with local thrombolysis and systemic anticoagulation is not only safe and effective for DCVT in acute stage, but also in non-acute stage Active treatment.
