目的探讨角膜上皮下雾浊(Haze)对角膜前表面形态的影响。方法用TomeyTMS2TM角膜地形图对不同程度Haze眼进行检查,取得角膜规则指数(SRI)、不对称指数(SAI)和不规则散光指数(IAI)统计值。用角膜Haze0~4级的数值作Y轴,分别与SRI、SAI和IAI行直线回归分析。结果绝对等级角膜地形图显示高于1级的Haze眼全角膜形态极不规则,0.5级Haze以下角膜表面形态较为规整,各切削区带清晰可见。回归分析显示Haze越重,对角膜前表面形态、规则性和对称性影响越大。结论超过1级Haze眼对角膜前表面形态影响大,低于0.5级Haze眼对角膜形态基本无影响,严重Haze对角膜表面形态影响可能是导致PRK术后最佳矫正视力下降的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the effect of corneal haze on the anterior corneal topography. Methods Tomey TMS 2 TM corneal topography was used to examine the degree of Haze eyes. The values of corneal regular index (SRI), asymmetric index (SAI) and irregular astigmatism index (IAI) were obtained. Corners Haze 0 ~ 4 values for the Y axis, respectively, and SRI, SAI and IAI linear regression analysis. Results Absolute grade corneal topography showed that the shape of whole cornea of Haze above Grade 1 was extremely irregular. The corneal surface morphology below Grade 0.5 Haze was relatively regular and the cutting zones were clearly visible. Regression analysis showed that the heavier Haze, the greater the influence on the morphology, regularity and symmetry of the anterior corneal surface. Conclusions Haze eye more than grade 1 has a great influence on corneal surface morphology. Haze eye below 0.5 grade has no effect on corneal morphology. The effect of severe Haze on corneal surface morphology may be the main reason for the best corrected visual acuity after PRK .
