为了探索最适合金叶假连翘扦插的GGR生根粉处理方案,研究了不同处理浓度和不同浸泡时间对扦插苗的发芽数、生根数及平均根长的影响。结果表明:GGR生根粉可以显著提高金叶假连翘的成活率;GGR生根粉的处理浓度在试验范围内对金叶假连翘的发芽数、生根数和平均根长的影响并不明显,而浸泡时间对其影响较为显著;最终选择50 mg/L作为GGR生根粉的最适浓度,而浸泡时间则以1个小时为宜。
In order to explore the optimal GGR rooting powder treatment plan, the effects of different treatment concentration and different soaking time on the germination number, rooting number and average root length of cutting seedlings were studied. The results showed that: GGR rooting powder could significantly improve the survival rate of Forsythia pseudoalgae; the treatment concentration of GGR did not significantly affect the germination number, root number and average root length of Forsythia, While the soaking time had a significant effect on it. Finally, 50 mg / L was chosen as the optimal concentration of GGR, while the soaking time was 1 hour.
